I am so grateful for the access to the emergency department. Being in such a small community it is vital that we have these services. The nurses were a married couple from Arkansas and they were absolutely incredible. The Dr. wasn’t sure what to do for me initially but took the time to sit down and research my condition as well as call several other emergency departments to try to get a hold of an ophthalmologist. Unfortunately due to restrictive policies put in place by Enloe and renowned (spelling?) she was unable to speak to anyone. But her beside manner was kind and informative and I felt very taken care of.

It was a bit hard to know where to go. I had to ask the ambulance guys who were in the hallway.

The people I came in contact were very caring and professional.

Everyone was so nice, and very professional. They explained the situation, made all the arrangements to have me transferred to Reno. They took very good care of me.

I was treated so good and had excellent care
