Apparently not all your employees are have the right bedside manner to do this type of work and maybe just maybe you’ve got the wrong people working for you

All your staff did an great job. after taken to renown in reno nevada, they confirmed what your emerg room doctor suspected. Two stent's were placed. I do want to thank all your staff, for doing a good job... Again thank you.

The person who checked me in, the nurse who took vitals and blood, and the doctor were great. I called the ER before coming in. This was something an ER doctor friend of mine suggested years ago for situations that are not dire emergencies like bleeding to death. He suggested this because it's good to give the team a heads up. When I arrived I discovered that my call was "ridiculous" according to a nurse who didn't work with me. I heard his loud, clear voice discussing my phone call in an adjoining room. I almost shouted out to him that it was rude to talk about me when I was right there. I was having a heart issue though and thought it would be best to stay calm and carry on. Everything else was just great. I love our hospital!

I appreciate how patient the nurses and staff were with Chloe. Dr. Medrano is fantastic with her and huge thank you to Laura for having a great attitude from check in to check out.
