As usual the staff, especially JC, was very helpful and caring. Dr. Mayland was very good and made me feel the best. The ER was in excellent condition and very clean. I recently spent time at the Oroville ER and was horrified. Not sure I was going to come out of there without some sort of infection. Thank you for being an excellent hospital.

Although my injuries didn't seem very serious to me , I received excellent care from the ambulance crew who gently convinced t to get checked out. No pressure, but I am so glad because the hospital crew checked me out and I was o.k. with minor bruises and no broken bones. Everyone was so caring and understanding because at 86, I wasn't on top of my game

Felt horrible and the staff tryed to make me as comfy as possible

I did not catch all their names but Dr Jill and all of the nurses were very helpful and courteous and everything you would hope to get when getting treated for an emergency. Even the x ray guy made me laugh while dealing with a pretty serious laceration and fracture they were awesome.

Everyone who cared for me was kind professional and could not have given me better care.

The wait time for having a prescription filled seemed a bit long, but maybe they were understaffed at the time.
