My nurses Jen and Jacy were amazing. Jaycee started my IV on the first time which is very rare for me Jen gave me great information on my diabetes. Brian that did my EKG had me singing along with him to the little girl in the next room totally wonderful. Dr. Madrno was great, very caring and understanding. I left there feeling much better and a more knowledgeable on my diabetes. Excellent staff

I live in Portola and I perfer to drive to Quincy because everyone is nice helpful and willing to explain things nicely. Wonderful staff and doctors. Very clean.

The nurses at the hospital were asking me why I’m in pain…isn’t that your job to find out why I’m in pain? I have no idea why I’m in pain, I’m not a medical professional at all. So by all means please do your job!

Everyone was very helpful and friendly, and made an extra effort to make the experience enjoyable for our 4 year old. Thank you for being awesome!

The doctor was helpful, courteous, and very professional. He was able to prescribe what we needed and made double sure to check the medication against my already existing meds by 5:30 the same day- he told us he would and he kept his word! (My experience in the past with our emergency room wasn't as good- I am glad for a VERY positive interaction this time!)

The ambulance crew were absolutely amazing.
