No ER trip is excellent. I would have been more comfortable lying down. However I did not request that either. Thank you all.

Dr Medrano was very thorough and very helpful in evaluating bloodwork and scans for us. Ashley provided excellent care of the abrasions and other issues from my accident. All in all I am very glad to have PDH nearby providing emergency care.

The medical team at PDH ER performed the critical care needed in a timely and effective manner. They were considerate, informative and professional. I am so grateful for the access to the emergency department. Being in such a small community it is vital that we have these services. The nurses were a married couple from Arkansas and they were absolutely incredible. The Dr. wasn’t sure what to do for me initially but took the time to sit down and research my condition as well as call several other emergency departments to try to get a hold of an ophthalmologist. Unfortunately due to restrictive policies put in place by Enloe and renowned (spelling?) she was unable to speak to anyone. But her beside manner was kind and informative and I felt very taken care of.

It was a bit hard to know where to go. I had to ask the ambulance guys who were in the hallway.

The people I came in contact were very caring and professional.
