The lack of privacy was of great concern. A single curtain drawn between myself and the other patient was very troubling. I know everything about that patient… including their name. My situation was of a personal nature- and the other patient plus their three visitors knows way too many details about my situation. Very uncomfortable about that.

My only concern is that they just ship me off to Reno by helicopter. Sometimes it took hours before they sent me. Last time they had me out of there in less than 2 hours.

Dr. Burchett and the nurses were super. I followed their advice for post-visit and returned to the trail afterwards. It was obvious that providing care was important to them. I felt like I had gone to the right place.

I was left feeling unless you’re knocking on death’s door, stay home and pray your condition improves till you can see your PCP.

These questions were difficult because the nurses and xray technician were very good, caring and considerate. The physician, however, was dismissive and condescending. She paid no attention to my concerns, nor did she display any real consideration for how I felt. This makes it hard to recommend the ER. My situation was not a major issue, but I don't know that I would receive the necessary care if I was very ill.

The nursing staff was great!! I was not happy however with how the cut was tended to by the doctor. It was done in such a way that it would have left a nasty scar on my face. The following day, I removed the glue he applied and re-closed the wound myself.

Dr. Tim Huber was attention, patient and compassionate. He called in a colleague, a surgeon for a second opinion as it was a challenging procedure. I felt reassured and well cared for. My only complaint was the very loud conversations of Nursing staff. When in the room they were fine, but right outside the room they were very loud and it was distracting. My injury was traumatic and calming quiet eould have been more appropriate. I thought it unprofessional.

Everyone was so nice and helpful. They did a fantastic job in all aspects of my injury!
