The nurses and doctor were incredible. They were professional, friendly and got me feeling good before sending me home.

I went in, everyone was very kind! Fast and attentive. But questions went unanswered, the doctor was very lax and chatty but didn't even look at the problem. Said it was fine. Kept asking me what I wanted to do when I clearly had no idea? So i spent two days waiting for an actual doctors appointment and felt like the trip in was pointless. Spent two days in mild pain until I could see Jensen. It felt like a pointless trip. BUT everyone was kind, friendly and fast??

Our treatment took less than 5 minutes. We could've freed up a bed/room quite quickly, as nobody else had an amergency, either. Staffing the facility & increasing patient beds will help. Isolating those with respiratory illnesses should go without saying. Nosocomial infections should be reduced through avoidance & commonsense mitigations.

All of the personel were Great. The doctor figured out what was wrong with my finger and treated it. It is better now.
