I was treated with respect and the staff was very knowledgeable about what was going on with me

Our treatment took less than 5 minutes. We could've freed up a bed/room quite quickly, as nobody else had an amergency, either. Staffing the facility & increasing patient beds will help. Isolating those with respiratory illnesses should go without saying. Nosocomial infections should be reduced through avoidance & commonsense mitigations.

All of the personel were Great. The doctor figured out what was wrong with my finger and treated it. It is better now.

All staff were friendly and professional. I was very grateful.
