I just want to say Toni the nurse who took my blood sample and she got it o the first try. Over the years, I have been traumatized by the way the Staff tried taking my blood having very hard time because I have no veins. And Toni was super super super nice.

The phlebotomist that drew my blood was wonderful. She was friendly and the poke was quick and painless! I truly appreciate that!

Very odd survey…..I saw one person, she confirmed my identity, swabbed me, and we were done….. it kind of bothers me that most of these surveys don’t allow for real opinions, so in that vein I will compliment youse guys…..like almost all my visits I do not come off as a grump (which I have seen many a time) so the crew there usually responds well to that….. I would like to thank them for that…… as to the last question: So odd….. you are the local hospital, who else would I recommend? I mean there was a wonderful hospital in the jungle in Guyana, treated my pal with respect, took care of biz efficiently and didn’t charge a thing, so I think a 20$ copay outweighs a trip to Georgetown….. here in America we can’t get past HMOs and their abuses……
