I really appreciate being able to schedule an appointment time rather than by last name initial. The reception staff was very friendly and the technician that performed the blood draw did an excellent job! Thank you all.

Doesn’t apply to this exam but for all other lab and services. PDH needs to do a better job at negotiating with insurances. Just a CBC (a third of the work offered on health faire) would cost me over $600. That’s not affordable for anyone, specially if it needs to be repeated. I will not go to PDH for blood work other than the health faire.

It was the person that handled the patient registration that I didn't appreciate. No greeting or even a hello. He was not friendly at all, gave me my paper work and that was it.
