My phlebotonist, Christina, was probably the best I've ever had. Never felt a thing and usually I will have a bruise afterwards. I couldn't even tell that she took blood. She was very professional and pleasant.

Although the first tech was not able to get a sample, she tried and let me know her supervisor would be back in and I could come back in about 15 minutes, which I did. The supervisor was able to get a sample. Both ladies were great!I am a difficult poke.
