The lab opened at 7:30 the day I was there and I arrived about ten minutes early. Shortly after I sat down a very friendly technician realized someone was there and opened the service window. I made a joke about being early, but she would have none of that. She had the whole process completed before 7:30 while entertaining me with funny stories. This experience is similar to many others I have had at the PDH lab.

That experience was great… as all are but 1. I would like to share my experience with Candice Coursey. I did not receive a survey for that visit
