I do have one complaint and this has been more than once and I know of others that have the same complaint, is when going to register to get labs done there is a male, don't remember his name but he lacks professionalism, he's rude and not friendly and makes me feel very uncomfortable.

The staff was very friendly and polite.

This is the second time lately I've had a blood draw where the nurse/tech, was so good I didn't feel the stick, and she left no bruise. Well Done!
