Other than hitting a nerve it was great. I am a hard draw to be fair!!!

The phlebotomist was terrific. She did a painless draw, explained the process well, and was friendly. Given that she was the only one on duty that day, her ease with clients was unexpected in that some employees would feel rushed and convey that to the client. Not the case here; she was superb.
