The phlebotomist who drew my daughters blood did such a great job, she was calm, quick and professional and Rosie (who is 17 months old) didn’t even flinch or fuss.

Fast and reliable. The Monday staff is particularly good, especially with toddler IVs. We will try to get draws on Monday for this reason.
