All was done very professionally. As for recommending lab services, I don't recommend services to friend, family member etc. If I was asked by them, yes I would say I was satisified.

I came in on a Saturday for a urinalysis just a few minutes before noon (cutoff time for outpatient labwork) and went to the check-in area but they were closed (so I thought). Luckily, the lab technician (a young lady) followed me and mentioned check-it is in a different area on Saturdsys and took me there. Great customer!
