I miss the person in the lobby that gives direction to you and takes phone calls. The gal that admitted me was a very busy with the phone ringing and doing her best job to answer the phone and get me on my way.

This is the second time I have filled out this survey. But I’ll say it again, Robin Loubert, PA, was simply excellent in her attention and caring to my situation. Really followed through later that day with information that I needed and requested. PDH should, in my opinion, make every effort to offer this professional a full time appointment as a medical provider here in Quincy. What an asset she would be due to her ability to connect.
