I came in on a Saturday for a urinalysis just a few minutes before noon (cutoff time for outpatient labwork) and went to the check-in area but they were closed (so I thought). Luckily, the lab technician (a young lady) followed me and mentioned check-it is in a different area on Saturdsys and took me there. Great customer!

Very quick and professional

The one item would be that you could expect to have the same phlebotomist draw blood, one you are familiar with, they are moved around too much.There have been many times the results never reached the ordering physician, which is very frustrating. Do believe it has been taken care of.
