For the first time ever, there was a problem with one sample collected and I had to return a short time later for another collection. I have had routine lab work for many years without such a problem occurring. The draws themselves were comfortable, and the lab technicians were professional and very friendly, as well as apologetic. I wasn’t far from the hospital when I needed to return; it wasn’t a problem for me at all.

Excellent phlebotomist. Staff unavailable to check in at lab station, but the phlebotomost handled it all quite professionally.
