The lab has rotated staff for some time. My guess is short term contracts rather than permanent hires. But consistently, they have been professional and efficient. The 2 gals yesterday worked well as a team, efficient, well mannered and friendly. Sully took my blood and it was quick and painless. Even if they have their own troubles, having those 4 qualities while giving care I'm dependent on is a bit of an oasis in my day. It gives me confidence that my doctor will get the data needed for diagnosis. It was a pleasure encountering those two yesterday. Now, I hope the unseen side of lab work is professional ongoing, and I hope administration makes sure these focused hard workers get adequate work day breaks and support for their well being.

Bernadette did a great job at collecting sample. Little to no pain and was very friendly!

I recognize that we are a small hospital and competent employees are hard to come by. Sorry but that's why a lot of us go out of town to get lab or tests done.
