The lab personnel were fantastic. Creating appointments, though, is terrible - same day sick appointments are booked up, PDH won't allow you to make an appointment for a future date, and their response is to go to the ER or out of town (followed by abruptly hanging up). It's a very recent change with a new person answering the phone & scheduling. Why in the world can we not schedule an appointment for a future date?!?!

Michael was very gentle with the poke.
