Checking into Emergency on weekend for lab work was confusing. I went to emergency and there was no one there. I pushed the button the wall and set off an alarm. The registration desk for emergency was farther down the hall. Not well marked.

Wow! I don’t know what could have been better! I checked in, used the restroom, sat down for approximately two seconds and was called. They often have difficulty drawing my blood and have to make several attempts, this gentleman was successful on the top of my wrist, didn’t hurt and didn’t leave a bruise or mark! And I was out the door! Nice people & great service!
