My lab results were absolutely wrong. I wrote to Dr. Schad advising that the results were skewed and impossible based upon previous labs from other locations. My wife also had the same experience and went to Truckee to get a second draw. Those results matched historical averages. When I wrote my concerns all I got was patient to do the labs again. Why would I ever trust PDH again after expressing concerns and getting a one sentence response? With incorrect lab results medications or procedures could cause patient harm and the gall of assuming I was just wrong without understanding the facts is offensive and dangerous. I am absolutely abstaining from another lab draw at PDH ever again.
