Although the first tech was not able to get a sample, she tried and let me know her supervisor would be back in and I could come back in about 15 minutes, which I did. The supervisor was able to get a sample. Both ladies were great! I am a difficult poke.

I usually don’t comment but my lab technician was excellent to the point that while inserting the needle for a blood draw, I didn’t feel it-super good! More importantly she had a great gift to communicate while performing the blood draw making the experience much more doable. You have to understand I really do not like good draws. Thanks to the female technician - I don’t remember her name.

The problem is not the lab! Its hard to figure what is causing or treating whats going on with me. Everyone is trying!!!
