I had an order from my heart specialist in Reno and I wanted to get a thyroid test ne since I was going to see Dr. Hamami I March but the lab and order people said I would have to get Dr. Shaun to OK that but he wasn't in so I talkedto Eric, his PA and he used common sense and got the thyroid ordered. Great customer service!
