The lab staff are always incredibly kind, polite and efficient! I have had multiple interactions with them and have been impressed every single time.

I was satisfied with the lab appt. experience. It was a relief after the horrendous five hour ordeal I had in the ER. I am still hesitant to make a formal complaint as Quincy is such a small town. The lack of professionalism and protocol was unacceptable. I had no less than ten individuals that were in and out of the room (a curtain) separating me from the gathering spot of personnel, friends and their children. Few of which identified themselves as they took supplies from storage where I was parked. I had hoped to have a face to face visit with the head of personnel to discuss the matter but felt intimidated. I think a discussion needs to be had expressing professionalism and consideration for patients that are already uncomfortable being there not by their choosing. Good bedside manners used to be held in high regard. It seemed the older people administering some of the tests that had been there for a long time were much more professional and could offer a lot to the younger temporary crowd acting like they’re on spring break. These are my honest sentiments and again it was difficult for me to express this as I don’t want to be worried about being ridiculed, no one should have to worry about that. A hospital should be a safe place of reassurance. I hope that this ongoing issue in the ER will be addressed and taken to heart. I do not want my name used. Thank you
