I believe this survey pertains to the sample obtained for a culture taken by Dr Dallas. If so, I had no personal contact with the lab that day but please know my experience with the Plumas Hospital lab techs has always been the BEST! They KNOW how to obtain a blood sample first time, every time! Thank you!
