Though this survey is specific to my experience at the PDH lab, I think there could be improved communication between the PDH health center and the lab. It would be helpful if patients were provided with information about where to register for lab work on the weekend and the hours the lab is open for outpatients. None of this information was provided when I received the phone message from the PDH clinic on Friday nor when I returned the call to the clinic and asked about getting the lab work done on the weekend. It wasn’t until I saw the sign in the lab that I found out it was only open Saturday mornings.
