The doctor appeared knowledgeable, however we had to wait over 1/2 hour for for him. I understand there are not enough doctors to handle the patient load, but apparently more attention should be paid to the scheduling.

Need someone present in the department to greet patients, go over paperwork, and give updates about delays. Make sure equipment is ready to go well BEFORE the first appointment time. In total, a twenty minute exam cost me over an hour of time.
