The tech that did my ultra sound exams was one of the kindness ladies I've ever met. She was kind and gentle and talked to me like a real person. She was AWESOME

The appointment and staff were fine. Please see above for the difficulty in scheduling. You use to have early morning appointments for people to be seen instead of them going to the ER. I would suggest you bring that back. Once I gave verbal permission to leave a message on the appointment, one should have been left.
