The appointment and staff were fine. Please see above for the difficulty in scheduling. You use to have early morning appointments for people to be seen instead of them going to the ER. I would suggest you bring that back. Once I gave verbal permission to leave a message on the appointment, one should have been left.

The lady was very helpful. I also felt like she was not at all in a rush.

The technician was very nice and explained all the things that would be taking place during the imaging process. That was a nice thing to do. I did appreciate it. Was very comfortable with the whole process. I feel the technician is an asset to the hospital.
