I was treated well by the staff. My complaint is with your prescription drug software. My fnp sent a prescription to Quincy drugs for a medication that I have a reaction to. I signed and accepted that $61.00 medication as being the generic for Xopenex or other compatible inhaler. I could not return the un opened box to the pharmacy, they said it was illegal. I spoke to someone at the hospital who said they tried to reverse the order but, "the software wouldn't allow it." My issue is I had to go back and purchase the proper medication for $100.00. What if I had used the inhaler and suffered the consequences of your software's inability to cancel an incorrect medication? Everyone says it is not their fault. I am the only one who has to pay, both with dollars and the knowledge that you prescribed the wrong medication and I narrowly avoided a reaction.

If the x-ray Machine had been in working order and therefore my x-ray order was completed. I would have rated excellent on my experience with the x-ray department and it’s personnel.
