I appreciated very much that the Imaging Department doubled checked with the doctor regarding a redundancy in the X-ray orders to avoid exposing my son to extraneous radiation. Thank you!!

The staff I dealt with were just fine. It was the equipment and maintenance/care of same that were problematic.
