They need to fix there equipment an put there timer for lights on longer so the tech can do her job with ease an it will be easier on the patient also

The Radiology team was having some technical challenges with the hardware. However they overcame that by macgyvering a solution, which was above and beyond the Call of Duty!

This appointment was for my mammogram and everything was fast and professional, which was really appreciated. However, the last two doctor appointments I had in April before 4/9 was awful. On 4/3, I waited over an hour and finally to to walk out before I was seen. The girl at registration was extremely unprofessional, rolled her eyes at me and was just rude overall. It was so bad, I asked to speak with her supervisor about it. I’ve never had rudeness or unprofessionalism by anyone. She was apologetic that I had to miss seeing the doctor that day and scheduled a follow up video call with my provider the following week. I waited on the phone for 40 minutes to know, avail, even though I spoke with three different people asking what is going on and all I got was the doctor is running behind, sorry. So twice I was unable to be seen just to go over lab results. To me, this is unacceptable to have to wait over an hour only to have to walk out because you have another appointment to go to. Then again waiting on the phone for 40 minutes to talk to my doctor via video which never happened because again I had to go. I am putting both of these incidents that happened prior to my 4/9 appointment because I did not receive surveys for either one of these and feel like this is worth mentioning to ensure it doesn’t happen again.
