Your staff is too efficient for their own good. Got the call to schedule the next test before I had spoken to the doc to know the next test was needed. Can be quite stressful.

Ultrasound tech was great! She was sensitive to the fact I had to have a full bladder for the test, and she explained she would first do the part of exam that required a full bladder, then she’d let me empty it before continuing with the remainder of the exam
