I was given an appointment real quick after a problematic mammogram. The doctors, nurses, and registration people were all very friendly. I am grateful to feel like I am in very good hands! Thankyou!

Minimal waiting time, was asked several times if I had been helped while I was in waiting area.A recommendation for the CT dept would be to have warm blankets for patients, because it’s cold in there. Also, other Imaging depts at Bay Area hospitals gave me a call button to use during test if I didn’t feel well. This was a super quick scan without contrast, so wasn’t needed, but for longer scans, would be helpful to be able to alert staff.
