I was very grumpy and a little rude with reception at this appointment. The person was still very nice and accommodating. I did apologize. So even me being difficult the reception desk handled the situation professionally and courteously

If this billing issue doesn't get taken care of, my family will no longer use your organization and will have to take legal action. I was not informed not authorized the expense of these labs.
