Kind, knowledgeable, professional and friendly

I am still waiting to hear about scheduling my MRI. It’s been almost a week and I was told that I would get a call in a couple days. So far that’s the only discouraging thing I’ve experienced with this office.

I have not answered a few of the questions because the nurse I saw was only at PDH for a few weeks. However, I was very pleased with the service & care I received, & I told her I wished she was staying in Plumas County [Kathleen Sharpe, FNP] [Apparently answers are mandatory!]

Laura Orange is very prepared, thorough and personable. I'm happy to have her as my care giver.
