I was told that I was one of two patients scheduled for the same time slot, and that this was done in case one patient was late to the appointment. We were both on time, and I was seen one full hour later than my scheduled appointment. This practice is unacceptable. I was able to take one hour off work for this appointment. Had I known I would wait one full HOUR to be seen I could have arrived later. Please consider your patients. We have full time jobs and can’t be away from work indefinitely when this could easily be prevented with proper scheduling.
