My appt was to follow up on recommended treatment, waited over a month for an approval of pre-authorization. Called clinic 3-4 times, left messages with person who does pre-authorizations, not one response!Last call to clinic was told to call my insurer to ask why it hasn’t been approved. Insurer stated they hadn’t received a request. Health provider explained the hospital’s policy on the injection. No excuse for not responding to my calls.

My daughter asked when we left if “they could be her new doctors.” We came in for a strep test so we took the first available. It was a new nurse/Dr team and she loved them.
