It's been over a month waiting for a call for referrals. I've left messages and called to follow up. Couldn't get an appointment before 30 days time so now I'm out of a few meds and have tried using the patient portal and called last week and today needing a bridge of meds to make it to my next appoimtment with no luck. Livvy at the call center has been really doing very best to help. This is not how i am usually treated so i don't know what to think.
