Microbiology results take too long to post to portal. The preliminary results aren’t visible in the portal despite being available to staff. As a former nurse, I would like to see them earlier to ensure the antibiotic I’m taking, is effective.

The nurse who was supposed to follow-up with me after the Doctor stepped out seemed to have forgotten about me. I waited 20 minutes in the exam room for her but had to excuse myself after nobody could find her. Was frustrating

I received good care from the traveling MD and FNP earlier this year but I did not like Dr. Leonardo. I am not going to continue with her.
