Timely renewal of prescriptions has been an issue.

I greatly appreciate Dr. Lewis' care, knowledge, and manner. She works so hard! It seems more doctors are needed to alleviate some of the pressure on staff like her and reduce long wait times for patients. I brought work to the clinic so my time wouldn't be wasted, as I have come to expect long delays. I waited over an hour past my appointment time before Dr. Lewis was able to see me. Several staff members checked in with me while I waited. They were very pleasant and professional.

I suggest that when the new patient first schedules the health history questionnaire gets sent to them to pre fill out and return.
