I am trying to better my self and life and the provider I seen made me feel bad and that I wasn't doing enough to get my weight under control, she seems to busy to be bothered and better than everyone else. I also heard the way she talks to her staff and it is not nice.

Appreciate Dr. Leonardos expertise and clear thought process. She is a capable provider. I respect that it is a challenge to meet patient needs in a timely manner. Physical and emotional problems don't always fit in a 30minute box.

Dr. Leonardo is amazing. The staff was all very friendly. The issue is the phone experience. I have called several times, i end up on what seems to be an obscure phone tree, I cannot reach my intended party nor leave a message immediately & it takes a lot of time. When i need to dial 283-2121 I have to set aside far too much time. Please have IT redesign your phone experience. May of us have to call from work and regardless it needs some attention. Thank you.
