Just the long wait time to get an appointment is hard to deal with when you do t feel well but not bad enough to need something within 24 hrs

I understand that wait time in the lobby can vary. However, I arrived 15 minutes early on February 2, and waited 45 minutes to be shown to the exam room. This is the first time I had to wait that long to be seen.

While my appointment was scheduled as a routine visit for the ongoing treatment of my allergies condition, Dr Leonardo took the time to ask me about my other concerns and conditions which she has been treating me for over the past couple of years which I deeply appreciate. The intake and nursing staff also excellent.
