Someone in the nursing staff continuously gets my prescriptions wrong, causing problems for me, for them, for the pharmacy. This problem is ongoing, for years. I've yet to stop these needless conundrums; they go on and on, with nothing for the future except anger and disbelief. The doctor is #1; his staff gets a ZERO or less.

Too long a wait time. Dr Lewis was though but I waited one hour to see her.

I was there for a well child check for my 15 month old daughter and had to wait an hour in the exam room. It was completely unacceptable. Just not fair to that young of a child. She was over it before the doctor came in and I felt like I had to rush the appointment to get her out of there.
