Renee was suppose to be the care coordinator. I reached out after PCPHA told me she was in charge of scheduling etc but she told me she wasn’t putting the blame on PCPHA. I eventually did get called after I called PCPHA to explain the situation. I guess PCPHA reached out to PDH to ensure appropriate scheduling.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Hawkley. He was very kind, knowledgeable, and very good at what he does. My feet felt so much better.
