I made an appointment to obtain a referral to a local cardiologist. I was given an appointment with someone who had an opening who was not my regular provider. He saw no reference in my file regarding the heart attack I was treated for at PDH emergency and care flighted to Reno. The doctor I was assigned made that referral for me.
