I am a new patient and I first called in July to make an appointment to get a primary care physician. I was able to see a PA in acute care , who was able to get the ball rolling by ordering labs and x-rays. I have another appointment with another PA IN 2 weeks, who I hope will be able to refill my medications since I haven’t had refills since July, thankfully I haven’t run out but I do have some concerns. While I don’t have any complaints at all about the care or way I’ve been treated, I am disturbed because I still don’t have a primary care physician after 4 months. Based on history it looks like it will be another 1 1/2-2 months before I can answer the question, “Who is your primary care physician?” For the first time in over 25 years, I have no answer.

I rated at a 4 because it is hard to get an appointment. I have to go every month for my medication. If you don't make your follow up appointment at the time you may get one a month later if you are real lucky.Other than that I love the people and the atmosphere. I didn't rate higher because we don't need anymore people going to the clinic.

Dr.Leonardo is top notch. She is extremely efficient, thorough, educated and has excellent bedside manner. She is one of the best providers I’ve seen and for sure my absolute favorite primary care doctor at PDH.
