Absolutely great experience, I honestly was hesitant having a male doctor because my primary is female and I’m just more comfortable with her. However he made me feel just as comfortable and very knowledgeable of my concerns I had. I felt like I knew him for years for how personable he was with me. He’s a great asset to PDH!

I could not be more grateful for the quality healthcare provided to me by Dr. Leonardo and her nursing staff. They know me and my family’s medical history well and all consistently go above and beyond. I feel that Dr. Leonardo is an informed and generous doctor who spends time attentively addressing my health every time I see her. She has smart, meaningful recommendations and referrals and since I have been under her care, my health has significantly improved, including losing 20 lbs and improved musculoskeletal function. When I showed up for my appt the dr was not in the office and all appts were supposed to have been moved and/or cancelled because she was the hospitalist on call that week. Instead I got my confirmation text and showed up to my appt and had to wait 45 min for the Dr to come over because they had messed up her schedule and double booked her everywhere. This is the 3rd visit in the last 3 months where I have an appt, verify I have an appt, show up to appt and am told dr is off/unavailable. I LOVE the dr and the front and back staff but scheduling anything is a nightmare because the backend is constantly changing and not notifying anyone. A 15 min appt turns into 2 hours + every. single. time.
