When I showed up for my appt the dr was not in the office and all appts were supposed to have been moved and/or cancelled because she was the hospitalist on call that week. Instead I got my confirmation text and showed up to my appt and had to wait 45 min for the Dr to come over because they had messed up her schedule and double booked her everywhere. This is the 3rd visit in the last 3 months where I have an appt, verify I have an appt, show up to appt and am told dr is off/unavailable. I LOVE the dr and the front and back staff but scheduling anything is a nightmare because the backend is constantly changing and not notifying anyone. A 15 min appt turns into 2 hours + every. single. time.

Dr. Ali Hunt is amazing.

If I have any complaints, I'll discus them with the person involved to come to a satisfactory conclusion.
