When staff calls with a message they should leave the extension that I can call them back on and their name. Otherwise I have to call the call center and they have to figure it out sometimes they can't if there's no notes on their screen

Scheduled 1 year in advance to be 1st appointment for my annual check up. I showed up on time and waited in Lobby for 15 min and then waited in examine room for 40 minutes while Dr. was seeing other patients.
