I was just left in the room to swab myself, it was an awkward space to do that. I was given the wrong swab and was caught before I left to come back in and do the correct one on myself in the room. I was not told results of testing, I had to call. Tests were positive and a rx was called in and I wasn't informed of that. I didn't get a call back with results of another test, I was told results weren't back yet but they had no idea when they would be. This was a sensitive issue and I had to speak with multiple people.
